A Donation For Every Dive
For every dive charter or guided dive you book through PVD, we donate a portion of proceeds to local non-profits. The best part is, there’s no additional cost to you, and you get to choose where you want the donation to go!
Support the Reef Institute’s coral out-planting, data banking, and education efforts, help the Marine Megafauna Foundation save threatened marine life, or conserve Florida wildlife, habitats, and natural resources through the Florida Wildlife Federation just by booking your next dive.

Adopt-A-Park
Have you been diving at Blue Heron Bridge? If so, you know why we want to protect this valuable site. As the official Adopt-A-Park sponsors of Phil Foster Park since 2013, we have removed thousands of pounds of trash and marine debris from the Blue Heron Bridge dive site and surrounding shoreline.
In 2024 alone, we removed over 900 lbs of trash!
Join us for a monthly cleanup throughout the year, and help keep your favorite local shore dive free from marine debris. All cleanup supplies are provided, thanks to partners like the Beach Bucket Foundation and Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful.
Better yet, earn your PADI Dive Against Debris certification and make every dive a cleanup dive! When it comes to dive specialties, your choice matters.
REEF Conservation
As Conservation Partners of the REEF Environmental Education Foundation, we are a center for marine conservation actions, outreach, and education.
Join us as we find, identify, and catalog fish during REEF’s Great Annual Fish Count! Enhance your PADI Fish ID course by adding on a REEF fish or invertebrate class.
Learn about the fascinating (and sometimes hard to find) wildlife of the Blue Heron Bridge. The more you know about these elusive animals, the more likely you are to spot them during your dive!
We Are 100% AWARE
Pura Vida Divers is not only a PADI 5-Star Career Development Center, we are also proud to be a 100% AWARE Partner. Through monthly donations, we support PADI AWARE Foundation’s global Blueprint for Ocean Action program, which aims to:
- Reduce marine debris by 50% in targeted countries
- Multiply the number of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs), protecting 30% of the ocean by 2030
- Protect 20 endangered and vulnerable marine species
- Restore 5% of coral reef habitats through citizen science programs and project funding
- Reduce the carbon footprint of the diving industry by achieving carbon neutrality across the PADI organization and funding seagrass and mangrove habitats
As Adopt-the-Blue sponsors of the Blue Heron Bridge, our cleanup data helps the PADI AWARE Foundation provide empirical evidence as they work alongside local governments and community leaders to meet sustainable development goals.
