Our group of Pura Vida divers headed to do a wreck and a reef today with great diving conditions. Beautiful blue water with 80+ feet of visibility, water temperatures in the upper 70s, and a very light north current on the Governor’s River Walk wreck.
We were greeted by a bull shark upon our descent. The large school of creole wrasses and great barracudas engulfed the wrecks. A large school of jacks circled around like an underwater tornado. With the beautiful blue-water backdrop, the wreck’s stunning colors shined through.
Our second dive was to South Double Ledges with similar conditions underwater. As we cruised along this gorgeous reef system we encountered all sorts of marine life including a loggerhead sea turtle and countless tropical fish.
Conditions have been pretty spectacular lately and the water temperature has quickly risen. Dust off those thin wetsuits and join us for a dive in Palm Beach.
