From the icy grave of the SS Edmund Fitzgerald, to the uncharted depths of the Great Blue Hole of Belize, join us for an exciting journey during the Friday, April 20 Social Night: Expeditionary Technical Diving Around the World! Terrence Tysall, military and scientific diver, and NAUI Worldwide’s current Director of Training, will share his vast experience diving in extreme conditions and locations all over the globe.
Terrence is one of the underwater world’s most accomplished explorers. He has dove everywhere from the deep WWII wrecks of the South Pacific, to the submerged caves of Yucatan, Belize, and Bermuda, to the historic wreck of USS Monitor, to the lava tubes of the Canary Islands. He has visited some of the planet’s most remote waters gathering data about what lies at the bottom and beyond. Terrence will explain the reality behind cutting-edge research diving, and take us on a visual journey with photos and videos exploring caves, navigating wrecks, and diving to extreme depths.
Technical divers can join Terrence on Sunday, April 22 for a dive on the Ande, a deep wreck off the coast of Palm Beach. Check out details here.
