Join Pura Vida Divers on Sunday, February 9th for a two tank shark diving trip aboard Sirena.
As divers, we get to observe sharks in their natural environment and with frequent and regular sightings, we often become familiar with local trends. But did you know that our observations can be used to help protect sharks?
The SharksCount program seeks to close the important data gap between scientists and recreational divers by enabling divers to act as “citizen scientists for sharks.”
On February 9th, our goal is to conduct shark dives for the SharkCount Program.
This two tank trip aboard Sirena will include the boat pass, two air tanks, a donation to the Shark Savers’ SharkCount Program, and a Pura Vida “Making Sharks Count” t-shirt.
