Those delicious lobster dinner meals you have been waiting anxiously for are almost here! Join Pura Vida Divers on July 22, 2016 for our July Social Night: Preparation for Lobster Season. This is a FREE event!
It doesn’t matter if you’re a diver, surfer or beach goer, everyone is welcome to attend. So join us for an evening of socializing, delicious food, and LOBSTERS!!
A special guest speakers from the FWC will be discussing 2016 Lobster Season rules and regulations, limits, and how to identify legal lobster. Then a Pura Vida staff member will discuss how to safely catch them, reef edict, different types of lobster collection gear. Following the presentations, Kitty Philips will share recipes for different lobster dishes and demonstrate how to prepare and cook lobster tail. The instructions will culminate with tasty samples for everyone!
Our team will be providing drinks and appetizers, and guests are welcomed to bring a small covered dish of food to the Social Night. This way everyone is sure to have their favorite dish. This is not a requirement! If you are unable to bring a dish, please do not let the dish prevent you from coming.
We will also have a closed door sale on all lobster collection gear, such as gloves, lobster loops, tickle sticks, gages, lobster hotels, and catch bags! This sale is only available during our Social Night, so be sure to stock up on all your lobster needs.
